General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the tb baji platform and all related services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or beginning to use any service, the user is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

From the date these rules take effect, this document replaces any previous oral or written agreements and serves as the primary governing document. In the event of any dispute, this document shall be considered final.

Account Registration

To open an account on tb baji, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and all identity-related information submitted at the time of registration must be truthful.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, or opens an account using a third party's identity, tb baji reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated funds.

2.2 Updating Information

If the user's contact information changes after registration, it must be updated in the account promptly. The user is solely responsible for any issues arising from false or outdated information.

2.3 Account Security

Login passwords and OTPs are strictly personal. It is entirely the user's responsibility not to share them with anyone else. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, tb baji support must be notified immediately.

Account Verification

To maintain a secure environment, tb baji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Verification may be required especially before processing a withdrawal request.

3.1 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear photo of a National ID Card (NID) or passport
• A recent bank statement or mobile banking transaction record
• A copy of a utility bill as proof of current address
• A selfie with ID (in some cases)

3.2 Delay in Verification

If the user does not provide the required documents within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted. Funds deposited during this period will remain safe, and normal activity will resume once verification is complete.

Age Requirements

All services on tb baji are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Participation by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.

If a user opens an account with a false age and this is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void. Parents and guardians are urged to remain vigilant to prevent minors from gambling.

Deposits and Withdrawals

tb baji supports transactions through popular mobile and banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

The available withdrawal methods are the same: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Try to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method may require additional verification.
• tb baji reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

tb baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳10,000 must be wagered for a ৳1,000 bonus before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Other Promotions

tb baji regularly offers multiple promotional offers including weekly deposit bonuses, cricket special bonuses, and slot festival bonuses. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility rules, which are detailed on the promotions page.

6.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met will result in the relevant bonus being cancelled.
• tb baji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus promotion; however, conditions already fulfilled on an ongoing bonus will remain valid.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same device may result in all accounts being cancelled.

Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to sports betting and casino games on tb baji. Users are advised to read the rules of the relevant section to understand the specific rules for each game or market.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet or game has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details correctly before finalising a bet.

7.2 System Errors

If an incorrect result or payout appears due to a technical fault or software issue, tb baji reserves the right to correct that transaction. The correct result will be considered final.

7.3 Maximum Win Limits

There may be a set limit on the maximum amount that can be won in a single transaction in specific games or markets. This limit will be stated on the page for each game or event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tb baji and may result in account cancellation:

• Registering with a false identity or documents
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Using software or bots in any game or betting system
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack
• Using an account for the purpose of money laundering

If any of the above violations are proven, the relevant account will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited. In serious cases, tb baji reserves the right to take legal action.

Account Suspension

In the following circumstances, tb baji may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure)
• Long-term inactive accounts (after a specified period)

9.1 Self-Exclusion
